Equipment Management: The Fleet That Shows Up Before Anyone Else Does

By Christine Ave V. Tragura with contributions from Vicky V. Santoyo (HR and Admin Manager for Allied Services Group) on November 3, 2026

Aside from construction plans, we often overlook an integral component of construction: the equipment that builds a project. Cranes, lowbed trailers, and crawlers often get held up at weighbridges or stuck waiting for permits, delaying the start of work on site. The Equipment Management Group (EMG) under Allied Services Group (ASG) takes these problems off your plate.

ASG runs a self-owned fleet of thousands of units and offers “all-in” services that include: the equipment, plus the permits, operators and personnel, and fuel needed to get it working. No weighbridge holdups, no permit delays, no chasing down operators. The equipment simply arrives on site, ready to work, and the results are visible long before project handover.

This article gives a quick refresher on the EMG fleet, confirms that all of its equipment is available for rent, outlines the fleet’s capabilities, and highlights ASG’s external clients along with sample projects.

All equipment featured here is available for rent to third parties. To inquire, contact ASG at asginquiries@dmcinet.com.

Sample clients include:

1. OVR Builders

2. Sinotech Asia Construction Inc.

3. Huayou Construction

4. Trevi Foundations Philippines

5. Hitachi - Sen Yeh Philippines Inc.

6. ACCIONA EEI Joint Venture

ONE FLEET, ELEVEN CAPABILITIES

ASG’s Equipment Management Group (EMG) manages a large fleet of equipment, which can be categorized into eleven functional sections, namely:

1. Lifting

2. Hauling

3. Excavating

4. Concreting

5. Track works

6. Pile driving

7. Earth moving

8. Air equipment

9. Power generation

10. Shop equipment

11. Compaction

There are over a thousand pieces of light and heavy equipment managed by the Group’s fleet.

Here is a sample of the ASG equipment management fleet. The full list is available upon inquiry.

Different clients, different industries, different contract lengths, from a two-day turbine transfer to a six-month foundation drilling program. Yet, it is all ASG’s fleet: deployed project by project, often to more than one site at once.

THE PART THAT DOESN'T MAKE THE BROCHURE

Every one of these projects has contract values and completion dates with signatures from clients. More important, however, is the risk involved. Project owners can count on ASG to minimize risk: running a chimney erection nonstop for 120 hours or more; dismantling a tower crane three times on an occupied residential building; deploying equipment for six months or longer, working 24/7. Each of these is a risk, but it’s a risk taken so the equipment is put to its best use. That’s what Equipment Management is all about.

With ASG’s Equipment Management Group (EMG), you gain a trusted partner committed to ensuring that potential risks are not only recognized but also diligently addressed before they become concerns.
