Amani Tower Project Achieves 1 Million Safe Manhours Without a Lost Time Incident (LTI)
D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI), together with Amani Corporation and Design Coordinates, Inc., proudly celebrated a significant safety milestone as the Amani Tower Project reached 1 million safe manhours without a Lost Time Incident (LTI).
This achievement reflects the unwavering commitment of every worker, engineer, supervisor, and project partner to fostering a culture where safety is a shared responsibility. Reaching this milestone is especially noteworthy given the project's challenging conditions, including its congested urban location, tight construction schedule, and stringent project regulations and requirements. Through discipline, teamwork, and strict adherence to health and safety standards, the project team successfully navigated these challenges while maintaining an incident-free workplace.
The milestone celebration featured inspiring messages from Jocelyn Durano, DMCI Project Manager, Alain Anthony Guerrero, Senior Construction Safety Officer of Design Coordinates, Inc., and Arnold E. Zoleta, DMCI Senior Manager for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Operations. They commended the entire project team for demonstrating that safety excellence is achieved through teamwork, accountability, and continuous adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
As construction progresses, this accomplishment serves as both a recognition of the team's efforts and a reminder to continuously uphold safe work practices in every phase of the project.
