The new Pioneer Cold Storage is one step closer to completion!
D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) is proud to support the progress of the new Pioneer Cold Storage facility, which recently celebrated its topping‑off on January 16, 2026. This milestone brings the project closer to delivering a modern, innovative, and sustainable cold‑storage complex designed to strengthen the country’s cold chain infrastructure.
Featuring elevated flooring, a storage capacity of over 5,000 pallets, solar‑powered systems, and full backup power for uninterrupted cold storage operations, the facility is engineered to meet the evolving requirements of today’s businesses. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Pioneer Cold Storage and Design Coordinates, Inc. in bringing this forward‑looking development to life.
