Enrique K. Razon Jr. Hall & University Hall - The country's first LEED Silver Certified Academic Buildings
GREEN MILESTONE
D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) congratulates De La Salle University – Laguna Campus for achieving a historic sustainability milestone!
The Enrique K. Razon Jr. Hall and University Hall have officially been awarded LEED Silver Certification under LEED v4 for Building Design and Construction: Schools — making them the first LEED Silver academic buildings in the Philippines.
This achievement reflects DLSU’s unwavering commitment to building a greener, healthier, and more energy‑efficient campus for future generations of Lasallians.
DMCI is proud to have been a key partner in this journey. As the contractor entrusted with the construction of University Hall and Razon Hall, we are honored to support DLSU’s vision by delivering facilities designed with sustainability, efficiency, and long‑term value in mind.
This milestone also forms part of DMCI’s continuing commitment to sustainable and green construction, showcased through our LEED‑certified and LEED‑targeted projects:
- LEED Gold – One Griffinstone (certified in 2019)
- LEED Gold – Ecoprime (certified in 2020)
- LEED Gold – Pioneer BGC (certified in 2025)
- LEED Silver – De La Salle University – Laguna Campus (certified in 2026)
- Targeting LEED Gold – La Salle Green Hills (ongoing) and Amani Tower (ongoing)
